How Do I Know if a Restaurant Has Three Stars?

When i was growing up, we used to tip 15 % at restaurants. Now days, it's become more like 18%. In most other countries around the world, you don't really have this problem. Like here in mexico, the normal tip percentage is ten percent. I think that's a good amount. Of course, you can give more if you wanta, but it doesn't seem too expensive.
