It's the position that what makes a human being is a rational soul, so a rational animal as a human being. So rationality... We also would say that there's the need for apt matter to receive this rational intellect. For example, if you have a slime mold, that's not apt matter to receiving the rational soul because there's no organ for abstract thought and so on and so forth communication. And how do we account for the recent developments in knowledge and understanding about historical genres, forms, etc., context?
