JSX can recruit the most experienced pilots in the market because it flies into part 135. A third of our pilots probably have over 15,000 hours and a third of them probably have under 2,000 hours. We typically don't hire many without at least a thousand hours. And other people that like the lifestyle that we can offer are getting home most nights as opposed to sending them off to far regions of the world.
