How to Love Yourself With Kindness
We can all be way too hard on ourselves, and it doesn't do us any favours. If you're beating yourself up for something you did or didn't do, this one's for you. Start from a position of compassion by imagining that you're looking at yourself from above. See yourself sitting or lying there, perfectly still. How much do you love yourself now? We bet it's a whole lot more. And keep on loving yourself.
