Aristotle's Flute Example

Aristotle says that what counts is not maximizing pleasure it's not the good will. He gives the example of flutes suppose we're distributing flutes who should get the best ones his answer is the best flute player and musician. Aristotle invites us to think about political offices and honors how should power and authority be distributed in a political community. Those who possess relevant virtues to the greatest extension at the greatest political power and influence are worthy of honor.
