The Processors Are the Bottle Deck

The processo is the biggest bottle neck in the form of the way that humans eat right now. Texas has 200 an 54 counties. If we have one processor that does, you know, fowl, beef, lamb, whatever it is, animal processing that the community can have access to then we're doing something. We're actually doing something that they won't be able to. They'll try to control it in ways. But even if we don't put a big dint into the processing industry as it is in the beginning, what we're going to do is, weregong to make them change their ways.
