The Importance of Having a CEO and Founder in the Details

A lot of companies have this separation between say the engineering kind of org and the product management function. In our case, we don't have a separate product org. And so again, there's a vast amount in that job, even sort of leaving particular product decisions aside. We're building not solely, but in large part for other engineers. I wonder how long that will scale.
