What Is a Good Resting Heart Rate?
When you get heart rates below 60, generally, anything in the low fifties is considered very good. Zone two work elicits almost all the necessary adaptations to optimize heart health and that will be reflected in a lower resting heart rate. So ante any heart right between forty five and 55 as a resting heart rate, is right in that sweet spot of health.
