One of the practices that i found are to be very effective, especially in companies where there's a spirit of collabration. Project funerals or post mortems is when an idea doesn't work out and people from other divisions reflect on why it didn't work. You're not celebrating the failure. You're celebrating the learning. One approach that i found extremely full is the er thethe the virtual coffee trial. And by doing that, you essentially allow people to not feel completely disembedded from the company. Because what's happening at the moment right we feel we spend a lot of time with our companies, but actually its always the same people.
