The System Worked

I feel like two of these or both of these things are pretty prominent among minorities, whether that's due to like race and ethnicity or gender. So for me, I feel like there's not that same sense of entitlement that white people may feellike they can turn those jobs down because they're better than that. But then the imposter syndrome of always feeling as though you're not comfortable in these spaces. And it's always like you can do 100% that you need to do more. That is their ability to engage in what is most critical aspect of what you do as an ambassador.
