Lou Rosenfeld has written 25 books on user experience design. His latest is the fourth edition of his book, Information architecture for the web and beyond. He says he wanted to marry two schools of I.A. work: one that's all about findability; another which focuses on understandability. The new version includes a lot of updated examples as well as some changes in how it was put together.
