Stocks Buybacks Are Helping the Market
The Wall Street Journal reports that annual stocks buybacks among major companies are projected to top $1 trillion for the first time ever this year. This is largely seen as an issue that would be dead on arrival. There's already 1 percent tax in the ARA. No way of four times tax on it. It's been a political football. If you're a U.S. bailout money, no. Of course not.
