Is There a Desire of Colonial Discourse?

Baba is very repetitive, and it seems as though he says the same thing in as many different ways as he can. So then Baba kind of gives us a sort of strange passage here, kind of strange goal of colonial authority. On that note, we'll move into the next chapter, and really, I'm trying my best not to be repetitive.
