How Long Does It Take to Form a Habit?

The things that are more complex, multiple steps will take longer to form into a habit than things that are simpler. The thing with habits is you developing the memories slowly, incrementally, each time you perform the behaviors. It's not like there's a morning you wake up when you have a habit. Instead, it's just a very slow incremental process of forming that habit memory trace.
