The Disagreement Over Palestine

The dsa palestine issue is very interesting because it's only somewhat about the issue itself right like everyone in dsa at this point claims to agree on the subject of palestine. The actual disagreement is actually um um what is our relationship to our elected officials and should we expect to be able to tell them what to do? And i think if it's not a watershed moment in dsa that it should be and i think we should force it which is exactly maybe the opposite of what hell draper would suggest but that's where i'm at. It's one of the very few sort of public policy issues where the entire organization is nominally on the same side which is proPalestine
