There had absolutely been nationalist national mourning around Soleimani and Soleimani is an interesting figure too. He has some nationalist cred as the person who is most responsible for keeping the sort of forces of crisis that are constantly flaring everywhere around Iran. There's definitely a sense of kind ofkind of nationalist rally around the flag that is just totally punctured by this grave tragedy.
