The Infinite Game

Simon Eing wrote a book called the infinite game based on an idea planted in him by James cars. The philosopher and theologian recognized two types of games in our society. A finite game is defined as known players, fixed rules and an agreed upon objective. And then there are infinite games: new players can join at any time,. Rules are changeable, which means you can play however you want. It becomes abundantly clear that so many leaders have no clue to the game they are playing.
