Top grading by Bradford Smart is essentially a hiring process we just went through the hiring process at the day job so relevant to me but I don't know it's kind of kind of interesting. The most interesting one which is still going to be pretty boring for a lot of people is this book called top grading byBradford Smart. have been kind of avoiding this one intentionally however now that you've picked it I'm gonna get to talk about it  I think it'll be an entertaining conversation regardless it's a long one though with 400 pages yep so get crackingYeah get books I read three books last week whoa whoa yeah most of them are pretty boring and stuff like that.
