Designers are not very good at thinking in terms of metric and a numerical, numerical value. A lot of the standardized measures that company use aren't so helpful to delivering products or services meaningful for customers. The numbers we care about as designers are proxies for human behavior which can be at odds with business strategy. So i think from designers, when people say how do we get more eyeballs? I would rather serve hearts and minds rather than eyeballs and gullets," says Siht.
