The Problem With Ideology and Religion

I'm hoping that there can be some kind of something brought to the Supreme Court to get that whole ideology declared a religion so that way you can have it completely and totally quarantined from legislation. We need a good legal understanding of what a religion is. The reality is these views are fundamentally religious because in ideology is basically just a false religion that doesn't expressly purport to worshiping any kind of God.
