The Importance of Communicating With Your Property Manager
I think it's important to have someone who's pretty communicative and at the very least like nice and responsible. I remember one time James and I moved out of this apartment and they charged us like a $500 fee. It would have been nice to at least get a heads up because we weren't told about this fee.
