The Failure of Governance in the US

Fitch just in June came out with a outlook saying sovereign bonds were improving globally. And the combination of that is saying sovereign governments globally are improving and the US is falling behind. So we have 23 countries asking to join the BRICS, you know, and the BRICS improving, so say the rating agencies and the US falling behind. But because they've been breaking the law, I continue to believe there's a way to get them back.
