In 2009, I decided to get my real estate license and I really wanted to get my license to save money on investment properties because that's how I viewed myself. That's how I introduced myself was a real estate investor and trophy wife, of course. And so that's, was my primary reason for getting my license. So that first full year in 2010, I ended up selling 18 houses working part time. And I made about twice as much money as I ever made at any previous job. The next year I made over $100,000 also working part-time. But it's the hassle factor has been minimal. We just hit our 10 rental property goal this month, actually.
