Sleep is essential to our health. What you eat is most important, but then the other things that come into play are probably the next biggest one. Six hours of good, high quality sleep can oftentimes be better than eight hours of poor quality sleep. That relationship between food and sleep works both ways. When we eat lousy food, we sleep worse. And when we sleep worse, we get hungrier, we get more iterable.
