Community Building Is Not Presuming That We're in Solidarity

i was researching sort of the history of chinese diaspor organizing locally. And there was a spat in the paper between two people who, one of whom is from inured hong kongda aspera. It's just a little bit hard, because it's like, community building is not assuming that we're in solidarity. Like, what is your community experiencing? And what is my community experiencing?
