i don't believe in much with any certainty, but what i've seen over last twelve years of doing this work is people discovering that by telling their story and sharing their narrative, no matter how hard it may be, they are helping other people. And if we increate that courageous space, where people take the risk of sharing what they haven't shared with others before on their own termsa, we don't ask follow up questions. You know, this is not about coercing people to go further. Just like on their own terms,. They can tap into something which i heard recently called 'the virtuous cycle of service', a reflectivity between telling your story and being healed by the realization
