Blue tooth is one of the worst protocol designs i've ever seen. The congestion control scheme we have in t c p is pretty terrible, mainly because it works by causing congestion pain. Weha a solution that was based on explicit notification that started notification when the average cue length of the router was greater than or equal to one.
