i think friendliness, it's there's an acceptance there and a non judgmental, justam acknowledgment that i think is really important. So you're not beating up on yourself for being late to meet your friend. But the feeling the body helps generate that self friendliness that kind of abates it over time. It gives me a tool, something to work with when i am feeling amy and whi'd i do this again. I promised myself i'd never do this in my life. That repeated phrase can really create some sugar for the bitter coffee. Can really, i like mat.
