Exender: I've been working remotely for the last 10 years, but in the last month, we've gotten a like an office to go to downtown for whoever wants to go. So I got caught up in this thing where I'm so used to just like showing all of my emotions at home because nobody can see me. But it's great being able to segment those emotions into like time boxes on the calendar almost,. especially if maybe I'll feel bad about something and need to get out of the office until that situation is resolved.
