The Night's Desire for the Lady Is Recognized
The idea is that the night is in love with most of the nights were single and they were young men working for a lord. And so the wife often became the object of amorous desire on the part of all the nights around. So the solution is to develop what we call courtly culture, which from my understanding isthat the night's desire for the lady is acknowledged is professed. This is the idea of the night offering a rose to his lord's wife before the jousting match. That desire is cultivated, but it is fulfilled through valor in their functions as knights in dedicating their acts of valor to the lady. They fulfill their love for her. Yeah.
