Clarence Thomas and the Debt Limit

I'm not really sure we're going to see a big focus on this in the House. I just don't really see what motivation, if any, they would have. It certainly could be something that we wind up hearing more about. But it strikes me as well, Emily, that the piece about Clarence Thomas was just one of the real kind of newsmaking events while Congress was on recess.
