The Importance of Infrastructure in China
In China, they have come excavated beautiful lacquer where from two 3000 years ago the hand in a steam made beautiful lacquer. So now with the coal mines shut down, what do you do plant these hillsides cover them with lacquer trees and export the lacquer? It's just like collecting maple syrup. And so we had this usual project. It was like an investment. I know that there are many parts of the world where private industry but the truth is that infrastructure often is doesn't pay doesn't give pay quick dividends.
