How Do You Find It So Hard to Motivate Yourself in the Morning?
i think most of us find it very hard in the morning to be motivated to exercise. It really depends on your bytype. About nine hours after waking up is the optiman time for you to exercise, when you'll perform best and you're least likely to have injury. And i bet that in the afternoon, do four or five o'clock and you will either do it faster or more easily.
