Take a deep breath in and close your eyes. As you exhale, just let all of that go. You can breathe at your own pace now. Let your face soften. And your shoulders drop down. Just follow that rise and fall of your own natural breath for a moment while we settle in. Alright, now that you're settled in, begin to mentally repeat the mantra, I can. I will.
