I love the way that you describe a path towards where you are today. There were just these forks in the world where you're like, this feels right and this feels right. And so when we're talking about a trauma-informed approach, what we're working through is understanding that within the workforce, there's likely going to be some level of trauma exposure throughout the workforce. It lists out some very specific ways to provide support to your staff with the understanding that they potentially have a great deal of trauma exposure in their daily life.
