What's the Best Way to Capture Paper?

i'm a blackberry user, not not as much in my currant roll right now as have been in other jobs. In terms of managing lists and things like that, i'm still pretty much a paper guy. It's easier for me to just open ao the book and start writing and crossing things out,. And then go back to the system when i'm there to kind of update to te elect on piece of that.
