Film Editing - The Evolution of Ideas Through Movie Editing

Wi, think it's fascinating to talk about these solutions to issues with the film that are developed through the editing process and not contained in the original script. Are there other elements or themes that you think were important for this movie, as far as how you approached it as editors? I don't think we would have ever gottn to that point that hadn't already been experimented with in the beginning.
