And ii don't know enough about it, but i think in america, the irony is is that wwe look at the postwor period and there's a steady secular decline in unionization. There could be a tipping point where below a certain level be the point isn't that you necessarily need uninization to grow. But if you look at the early er history of industrialization, unions play critical role. They are the biggest organized block fighting for democracy.
