Molecules have been up there, they've been in the trays, and then they get them back to earth. Some of them were preserved even withe after 16 months in space. But the main finding is that most of them were still detectable when they were shielded from uri. When they were just under the surface, a little bit shielded from the uvi, they were still completely detectable,. Even mixed with the matrics and even irradiated with the cosmic ra solar energi particles.
