I think we have to be on the same team and I think there's no way that the overall team is going to be as successful as it could be unless you're on the sameTeam. It's essential that you have really really strong relationships trust understanding across product engineering in my experience. Almost like you're the cheerleader and the shield I once read. You just have to make sure that you're working as a unit.
