The Importance of Defining AI

Sharon O'Brien: I do research on generative models, improving generalization of neural networks and applying machine learning to tackling the climate crisis. We just posted your interview, what you did last week, with some of the offers of the measurement in AI policy paper. And I also really enjoyed discussing how to evaluate AI as well as armchair ethics that people do use in the space now more and more. But yeah, and I'm not working on some fuzzy line that would determine some crazy funding number to jump from different orders of magnitude.
