The Benefits of Stride Training

The biggest benefit of stride is that it's, you know, consistent changes in intensity. Whereas heart rate and others might change, you can actually follow your intensity with power. And so basically do lactate tests, pair that with, Pair that with your power and train in very precise power zones in our intensities. So the discrepancies is not going to be there that has been in the past.
