How Do You Teach Placemen?

I was downstairs during the live class when you were on line with your students, and i heard all these weird noises coming out of the third floor. One of the ways that i've tried to teach placemen is to have people find all sorts of different places where their voice can vibrate, like really high up in the nose. So i like people to play, play with different sounds, experiences, that kind of thing. I often don't sit down and plan a whole lot before i just start doing something. But it's like i don't get what i need to know until i've done it.
