The Usefulness of Shadow Material in Dreams

I think there are tools that can substitute for people if we don't have somebody to psyche experience with. So I would say the dreams are probably similar to things like tarot. It's like it's a tool that you're using to dive a little deeper and trying to figure out what your mind is already attempting to communicate. In fact, whole societies have shadows, right? And oftentimes our shadow matches, sometimes our shadow content matches the shadow of the culture that we're in. But actually what's interesting and Dr. John Baby talks about that. He says that we can't even as a nation or culture understand our shadow until another culture or nation reflects it back to us.
