How Do You Commit Integration?
Not every acquisition you do ore you hitting it out of the park. So their definitely acquisitions that, over a period of time, may not have been the right technology. The integration and corpde partnership is absolutely critical. I don't expect my leaders to be technologists, but i do expect them to have a working knowledge of the technology. That's how we gain our credibility. It's around the business and really understanding why we looking at a particular technology area.
