How to Dose Neil Stigmeen
Most people are taught you're going to give Neil Stigmeen and glycopyrillate the same number of cc's so 5 cc's which is 1 milligram. The correct dosing for Neil StigMeen is 70 micrograms per kilogram that's what you find in the textbook70 microgramsper kg. If someone is profoundly hypotensive or if they may actually lose their pulse but haven't yet, go straight to epinephrine. You can give 1 to 3 cc's at a time 10 20 30 micrograms and you see a fairly profound response.
