The Importance of Caucuses in DSA

Caucuses are more tightly organized and have more particular political lines. They monopolize skills by bringing together specialists and passing their skills on primarily to their own members. This exacerbates the negative forms of diversity described in the previous section, leading to the creation of fiefs. A sect is operating as a sect within DSA, nominally being part of the same organization, but refusing to collaborate on shared work.
