Bureaucracy is a killer, because it tells people we don't care about your productivity. The she index does two bad assumptions: equal numbers equals equal treatment. And the second oneis that if you treat women at the top of the organization well, it will trickle down. But i have data about how people feel in the company. Fling, honest mistakes are valued. An you look at the companies where men and women rate things similarly, or, i feel appreciated, if there's a gap, not so good. If they're equal, it's much better. By the way, same thing is true about salary. Perception of fairness of salary matters a great deal. It
