The Importance of Principles in the Trump Administration

We did not do a set of principles and instead we dealt with the deregulation there and kind of went off at a time. I think not having principles was would have been helpful every time we're dealing with labor rather than arguing on this one reg. We didn't have any so the type of things that Cato and the other groups could do would be be ready but the set of principles for each agency and how to operate.
