Sleep is one of the behaviors that you can regularly rely on, says Dr dermer. The amount of metabolic activity for a boxer or swimmer is extremely high. So we tend to add like a half hour, forty five minutes to an hour more following hard workouts. It's the sleep you get after the workout that drives the growth worm up to lot.
